Hotel Penwig, New Quay (Ceredigion)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was superb with a fantastic view over the bay, right on the seafront of New Quay. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the service was excellent, especially Gareth, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. However, some staff members might benefit from additional customer service training. The hotel's dining service made a special reservation for us at the popular pub nearby, which was fortunate as it gets fully booked quickly. The price was reasonable, and the new management brought a fresh vibe to the place.

The hotel is situated right on the harbour in New Quay, offering stunning views of the sea. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the friendly manager and staff was exceptional, ensuring a memorable experience. The dining options, although with some tasty dishes, had room for improvement.
